Courses of "O" Stretch


The society of today is full of tensions, we are very much prone to irritability, nervousness, and physical burdens, forgetting that we can easily relax and regain our balance with one of the simplest things in the world - Stretching!


"O" Stretch is a course through the proper use of breathing and body weight to strengthen and untie muscles and tendons, thus preventing accidents that may occur in sport and also in daily life (sprains etc.). There will be individual and exercises in couples, free-body and with tools (Thera-band, tennis ball etc.).


Ideal course for dancers, athletes and anyone who wants to live with a harmony body!
